In the first test after the revision, we found some problems with the foot connection of the exoskeleton. For this reason, we decided to develop another version. The new foot connection is again made of CFK (carbon fibre reinforced plastic). The manufacturing steps are 3D printing of a mould, casting of the plaster positive in this mould and finally laminating the carbon prepreg layers around the plaster mould. We are excited about the first test of the new foot connection and are confident that VariLeg enhanced has taken another step forward!
